Meet Nicki
Nicki Baumbach, LCSW, MPH
She/Her/Hers

Hello, there. I’m Nicki. I am so glad you’re here.
Deciding you need more support can be such a vulnerable moment. By searching for a therapist who feels like the right fit, you are one step closer to finding more ease, relief, acceptance, and connection in your life.
I enjoy supporting you during your reproductive, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting experiences. I strive to provide a space in which you feel heard and held in the challenges and growing pains that you may encounter on the journey to grow your family. I take a holistic approach with a biopsychosocial lens, focusing on mindfulness, whole body awareness, and the connections in your life. Speaking of connection, research has shown one of the most important, if not the most important, factors for success in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. So first and foremost, I want to make sure you feel comfortable, secure, and confident in our work together. I foster this by infusing our work with authenticity, vulnerability, and gentle guidance so you feel empowered to care for yourself and others.
My background is in social work and public health, with an emphasis on maternal, infant, and child wellness. I am committed to supporting individuals and couples during this particular phase of life because — despite having been obsessed with pregnancy, birth, and babies my whole life — through my own challenges and pain of loss, grief, postpartum anxiety, and dysregulation, I know firsthand how grounding it can feel to be heard and witnessed in your journey. Though our stories are all unique and intricately our own, my experiences have afforded me shared understanding and deeper empathy when guiding you towards feeling like your best self.
When I am not supporting others, I support myself by spending time with my partner and daughter, practicing yoga and meditation, traveling to new places, enjoying a page-turning book, and indulging in delicious food.

Meet Marley
Marley Miller, MA, LPC, PMH-C
She/Her/Hers

Hi there, I’m Marley. I’ve been working with the perinatal population several years and have developed a deep affinity for supporting new parents, recognizing how pivotal this time is for the entire family system. Additionally, I also hold special interest in working with women who are not parents, by choice or by circumstance.

I am a graduate of the Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy program at Naropa University. With a background in outdoor education and backcountry guiding, I’ve cultivated a deep appreciation for the relationship between individuals and the natural world. I strive to incorporate this connection into my work with clients, using the resources of nature to enhance the therapeutic process.

My goal is to support clients in the most holistic, authentic, and collaborative way possible. I am committed to ongoing education to ensure that I create an equitable and socially just space for all those I work with. I particularly enjoy working with families from diverse backgrounds.

For those interested in integrating movement and more intentional meditation practices, I offer outdoor sessions tailored to each client’s unique journey. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to learn more about this offering!

My previous clinical experience includes working with individuals with special needs, supporting a crisis intervention counselor, and providing mentorship to incarcerated clients through Focus Reentry in Boulder, Co.

Outside of my work, I prioritize self-care through activities such as spending time with friends and loved ones, in or near water, hiking, reading, rock climbing, gardening, and traveling.
